1. Scope and notice at collection

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents when the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, applies to our processing. It does not claim that every CCPA obligation applies to every business at every stage. Vertivert Inc is the relevant operator; contact privacy@taleportworld.com.

2. Categories, sources, and purposes

The Privacy Policy's collection table describes the categories collected through supported features: identifiers and account data; commercial and transaction information; internet and device activity; user content and communications; age-related information; approximate location inferred from IP or selected region; preferences or inferences relating to reading; and creator identity, tax, and payout details where required. Sensitive information can include account credentials and necessary verification data. We do not claim to collect every category listed in California law.

Sources include you, your device, your activity, sign-in providers, payment providers, and service providers. Purposes include providing requested services, security, publishing, measurement, support, billing, payouts, and legal compliance. Retention depends on necessity, account status, legal obligations, disputes, and restricted backups as explained in the Privacy Policy, rather than a single period for all categories.

3. Disclosures, sale, and sharing

Relevant categories are disclosed to infrastructure, communications, diagnostics, payment, verification, production, and other service providers as needed, and to public audiences when you publish or comment. Creator visibility and legal disclosures are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell account information for money. Disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising may be a legal sale or sharing even without payment; the public website's ads are served by Google AdSense, and for California visitors they run under Google's restricted data processing, which honours opt-out requests and Global Privacy Control signals for personalized advertising. Mobile ad-provider practices are assessed separately.

4. Rights and requests

Where applicable, you may request knowledge of categories and specific information, access or portability, correction, and deletion subject to lawful exceptions; opt out of sale or sharing; limit sensitive-information use where that right applies; and receive nondiscriminatory treatment. We do not use sensitive information to infer unrelated sensitive characteristics for ordinary reading. We will not deny lawful rights merely because you lack an account.

Email privacy@taleportworld.com with your request or use relevant account controls. We verify access, correction, or deletion requests proportionately. An authorized agent may act with appropriate proof of permission; additional verification may apply where legally permitted. Do not send a password. Covered requests are generally answered within 45 days, with any lawful extension explained; opt-out requests follow their applicable shorter deadlines.

5. Opt-out signals and choices

To submit a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, contact privacy@taleportworld.com. We explain if the relevant processing is not occurring. Where applicable, we must honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for covered processing. Required controls and signal recognition must be operational before enabling processing that depends on them; this notice does not assert that a platform-wide automated toggle is already available. 6. Children, complaints, and changes

The platform is not directed to under-13s; see Children's Privacy. We must meet any applicable authorization requirements before sale or sharing of minors' information. Ask privacy@taleportworld.com to review a disputed response. You may also contact the competent California authority. We update this notice when relevant practices or rights change and preserve rights applicable to information already collected.
