TalePort Children's Privacy

1. Audience and age restrictions

TalePort is not directed to children under 13. A higher minimum may apply under local law. We use declared age information for relevant access restrictions and do not permit users to falsify age or bypass checks. A story rated for a general audience does not mean the platform is a service directed to children. Mature content requires adulthood and applicable verification.

2. Younger users and guardians

People below the local age of adulthood need any parental authorization required by the Terms of Service and local law. Creator monetization and payouts require adulthood and verification. Guardians should discuss privacy, public posting, spending, and contact with strangers. Do not include a minor's private address, school, identity documents, or other sensitive details in public content.

3. Information and advertising

The Privacy Policy describes account, age, reading, device, and transaction information. Optional processing requiring parental consent must not be enabled for a child without that consent. Age and device controls can affect access and advertising, but no control makes every online interaction safe. We prohibit sexual exploitation, grooming, harassment, and disclosure of private information under the Community Guidelines.

4. Reporting and removal

If you believe an account belongs to someone below the applicable minimum, or a child has supplied personal information unlawfully, contact privacy@taleportworld.com with information sufficient to locate it. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. We will investigate, restrict the account where appropriate, and remove information collected in violation of applicable requirements, subject to legally necessary retention. We may ask for proportionate proof of guardianship before discussing nonpublic information.

5. Safety and rights

Use report controls or contact support@taleportworld.com about exploitation or unsafe contact; contact emergency services for imminent danger. Parents and eligible users may request access, correction, or deletion under applicable law. Your Privacy Choices explains request routes. We review this policy when age-related services or legal requirements change.
