Contact
Let's talk.
Three addresses, because a copyright notice, a privacy request and a question about a broken page do not go to the same place.
Where to write
Support
support@taleportworld.com — reading, accounts, subscriptions, creator questions and anything that is simply not working.
Privacy
privacy@taleportworld.com — a copy of your information, a correction, a deletion request, or a question about how any of it is handled.
Copyright
copyright@taleportworld.com — infringement notices and counter-notifications. The Copyright page lists what a notice has to contain.
Helping us help you
Include the Series and Episode if it is about a story, and what you saw against what you expected. A screenshot settles most questions in one reply rather than three.
Please never send passwords, card numbers or anything else you would not want sitting in a mailbox. We will never ask for them.
