Help, by what you are trying to do.

Find help with reading, languages, creating, billing, and safety. If none of them fits, write to us and a person will read it.

Languages & Translations

How do I change the language I read in?

Open a series and choose a published language under Read in. Save your preferred story languages in Account → Preferences to use your first available choice. Use the language menu while reading to switch published editions at the same Scene.

Which languages does a series support?

Series Detail lists its published language editions and original language. Availability can vary by Episode; an unavailable Episode edition falls back to the original.

Can a story have multiple language editions?

Yes. Editions belong to one series. Follows, ratings, reviews, and the series community remain shared.

How do creators prepare translated editions?

In TalePort Studio, open an Episode’s Editions step. Prepare editable translated lettering, review it, and approve it before publishing. Edition pricing is per Episode, per language. AI assistance requires an eligible plan.

Does changing language affect my progress?

Episode and Scene progress is shared across editions. Sign in for progress across devices. Switching keeps the same Scene and reading progress. Audio restarts at the beginning of that Scene in the selected language when available.

Can I request another language?

Where language requests are enabled, request a missing edition from Series Detail or the Reader language menu. Sign in to save or cancel a request. Creators choose whether and when to publish it.

Reading

A link opened the website, not the app

Your device verifies app links the first time it sees them. Reinstalling the app, or opening the link from a different app, usually settles it.

An Episode will not open on the web

Free Episodes can be read without an account. For premium Episodes, sign in with the account that has an active TalePort+ subscription. If your benefits are missing, refresh your subscription status on the TalePort+ page.

My place was not kept

Guests can resume in the same browser. Sign in to save reading progress to your account and find your stories in My library or Completed series.

Billing and TalePort+

Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage those subscriptions in the store where you bought them. For a web card subscription, open TalePort+ and choose Manage subscription to update payment details, view receipts or cancel renewal. Deleting your TalePort account does not stop billing.

Store refunds follow the store's policy; web purchases follow our Purchase & Refund Terms. If a purchase did not arrive, write to us with the store receipt and we will look at what the account shows.

Creating and publishing

Creator questions — uploading, ratings, reviews, publishing, payouts — are answered in the Studio's own Help Center, which is written against the screens you are looking at.

Safety, reports and rights

Report a Series, an Episode or a post from inside the app; those reach our moderation queue. You can also contact support with the content link. Copyright complaints have their own process and their own address.

Still stuck

Write to support@taleportworld.com with a clear subject and the Series or Episode involved. Never send a password or a card number — nobody here will ask for either.
