Creator Terms
These draft terms apply when creators upload, assemble, publish or monetize visual stories on TalePort.
Eligibility
Creators must meet finalized requirements, provide accurate information and remain responsible for their accounts.
Ownership and license
Creators retain ownership of original work. Creators grant TalePort non-exclusive rights necessary to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, promote and operate that work through the service.
Creator responsibilities
Creators represent that they hold required rights and that work follows law, Community Guidelines, maturity labels and copyright requirements.
Publishing and removal
Creators control publishing through available tools. TalePort may restrict material or suspend accounts for violations. Deletion and backup behavior must be finalized.
Monetization
Eligible creators may access monetization when offered. Revenue share, fees, taxes and payment schedules will be in applicable terms; no earnings are guaranteed.
Promotional use
The license may allow TalePort to feature excerpts, covers, titles and creator names to promote a series and the service.
